In the Licenses License Subscriptions module, customer licenses of connected and unconnected customer machines can be displayed and exported.
If you have questions related to licensing, please also check your SaaS agreement that has been applied within the tenant onboarding.

	Overview of total connected licenses All customer machines are licensed as connected that are linked to an asset of the customer and paired with an edge device (Machine State = connected). The total number is the sum of all connected licenses of the customers in the table below. The total number of connected licenses will be billed on a monthly base by symmedia according to the active SaaS agreement.
	Overview of total unconnected licenses All customer machines are licensed as unconnected that are NOT linked to an asset of the customer (Machine State = NEW or PROPOSED). linked to an asset of the customer, but NO edge device is paired. The total number of unconnected licenses will be billed on a monthly base by symmedia. Note: The total number of unconnected licenses is the sum of all unconnected licenses of the customers in the table below + the number of all customer machines in the state NEW and PROPOSED. The total number of unconnected licenses will be billed on a monthly base by symmedia according to the active SaaS agreement.
	List of customers with their respective licenses. Search for a certain term within a respective column using the filter button and typing something into the search field.
	Choose a specific month by clicking on the date chooser or click on arrows to swipe left and right. The month is applied for both total number of connected and unconnected licenses and the list of customer licenses

Image Added	Customize the displayed columns by clicking on _{Image Added.} Check the entries from the list of columns to be displayed in the overview. Align the sequence of the entries by dragging & dropping the entries in your desired order. The selections will be permanently stored for your user and can be reset to factory setting by clicking _{Image Added}.	Image Added
