Service Case Creation Notifications are sent with a small Delay to avoid Duplicate Emails
OperatorService Provider
In some cases, Service Cases are enriched with additional data by external systems, such as ERP systems, right after creation. This can result in a Service Case update email being sent out a few seconds after the Service Case creation email. Service Case creation emails are now sent with a delay of ten seconds to avoid these duplicate emails.

A new enhancement to the workflow allows Service Providers to create shared Service Cases for their Operators. This workflow can also be used for machines licensed by the Operator.
Additional Filters have been added to the Edge Device Overview
