symmedia Hub Subprocessors List (2025-11)

The symmedia Hub Subprocessor List identifies the subprocessors authorized to process customer or personal data within the symmedia Hub. This list applies to the entire symmedia Hub platform, which is governed by the symmedia Hub SaaS Agreement, and for which symmedia is a data processor.

The list specifies which subprocessors are authorized to access customer data and personal data contained within symmedia Hub services (referred to as "Customer Data" in the table below), as well as personal data other than that contained in Customer Data. This access is limited to pseudonymous identifiers generated or collected by symmedia through the operation of symmedia Hub that do not directly identify individuals but are nevertheless personal data under the GDPR (referred to as "Pseudonymous" in the table below).

These subprocessors are permitted to process customer data or personal data only to deliver the services that symmedia has retained them to provide. They are prohibited from using such data for any other purpose. The list below may not apply to previews or other services not yet in general release.

Subprocessors who provide technologies or ancillary services to power or support symmedia Hub

The following subprocessors provide the technologies used to deliver specific symmedia Hub services and provide ancillary services to support, operate, and maintain symmedia Hub. If you deploy or use one of these services, the subprocessor(s) identified for that service may process, store, or otherwise access customer or personal data in the course of providing that service.
