Company General Information Edit your company general information in the following fields. Mandatory fields need to have an entry, else the information can not be saved. - Company name (mandatory): Name of your company, i.e. "vandervort".
- Slogan: Company slogan, if your company has one, i.e. "Your No 1 Service Provider".
- Description: Description of your company, i.e. what do you manufacture, or anything else you want to share about your company.
- Website: Website address of your company , i.e. "www.vandervort.com".
- DUNS Number: (Data Universal Numbering System) Your unique nine-digit identifier for your business.

Company Address Edit your company address details in the following fields. Mandatory fields need to have an entry, else the information can not be saved. - Street (mandatory): Street and number of the company location, i.e. "Baan 6".
- Postal Code (mandatory): Zip code of the company location, i.e. "3011".
- City (mandatory): City of the company location, i.e. "Rotterdam".
- State: State of the company location, i.e. "Zuid-Holland".
- Country (mandatory): of the company location, i.e. "Netherlands".

Help Information Enter company-specific help information in case one of the users of your tenant or of your linked tenants needs support. The entered information are displayed on the Help page. You are free to enter any information or link that will help your customers. Suggestions would be: - Helplink: External link to your help documentation.
- Phone number: Phone number of your 1st level support.
- Email: Email address of your customer support.

Browseablility Make your company discoverable to get the most out of the Hub (recommended option). - Add tags to make your company more visible in symmedia Hub by entering a term under Tags and pressing the Enter key.
- Delete added tags by clicking the X symbol beside your tag.
If you don´t want to use tags: - Click the toggle button
to turn them off.
Your company is then hidden in the tenant search so that other tenants are not able to find you on symmedia Hub.

- Street (mandatory): Street and number of the company location , i.e. "Baan 6".
- Address line 2: Further information about your billing address, i.e. "Second Floor".
- Postal Code (mandatory): Zip code of the company location, i.e. "3011".
- City (mandatory): City of the company location, i.e. "Rotterdam".
- Country (mandatory): of the company location, i.e. "Netherlands".
