User can't log in anymore / has access issues

Issue / Challenge:

The user has been created and the person had access to all that he/she should have.

Now the person can’t log in anymore or he/she can’t access content that he/she accessed before.

The following error message could appear while logging in:

Solution:

Using a different browser might help or clearing the cache could be helpful. If those two solution approaches don’t help please send a new invitation to the user’s address.
