User menu is not displayed correctly

Symptom:


The user menu is not displayed correctly, he just sees a white box:


Impact:


The user can still log out, he just does not see the information of the logged in user



Possible solutions:


  • Delete the cache of your browser and restart it. The menu should be displayed correctly.

  • Use an alternative browser
