Installation configuration parameters are not available
Symptom:
When installing an application, no configuration options are available, although the app has defined some.

Impact:
The user is not able to successfully install an application.
Possible solutions:
When uploading an application definition, an id and version property must be set. The version property is only allowed to contain characters which are allowed for URLs and no dashes "-"
- It is also possible that the database is inconsistent due to any issue. That needs to be checked by a developer.
