Backup and Restore Data via USB Stick
The symmedia Plug&Work Box smart is equipped with a USB backup and update mechanism for network setup without a graphical interface. This requires a FAT32 formatted USB stick and a computer with (text) editor and file manager on which the settings are made. After inserting a USB stick, the symmedia Plug&Work Box smart checks whether there is a symmedia.txt file in the root directory and then executes the commands contained therein.
